Guiding voice

Each one speaks the same line. Listen for pacing, and for whether it lets you settle — not for which sounds most polished. You will hear this voice for an hour at a time.

A session is a list of steps. I speak one, then I stop, and the clock starts. You work for as long as you need. When you are finished, say Next.
